Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the VPNclient application ("VPNclient", "the app") handles information. VPNclient is operated by SpiderSilk Limited.
Our privacy principle
VPNclient is designed to provide a VPN connection without monitoring or recording what you do online. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use your VPN activity for marketing.
Information used to provide the service
To connect, you enter the VPN username and password supplied by your VPN service provider. These credentials are transmitted securely to the authentication system and are used only to determine whether they are valid and authorized to connect.
VPN credentials are not connected by VPNclient to a name, billing profile, browsing history, or other personal profile. VPNclient does not process payments or receive payment-card information.
What we do not log
VPNclient does not keep VPN activity or access logs. In particular, we do not record:
- websites, applications, or online services you use;
- the contents of your internet traffic;
- DNS requests;
- connection timestamps or session duration;
- your source or assigned VPN IP address;
- bandwidth usage; or
- device identifiers, location, or advertising identifiers.
Network information necessarily passes through the VPN infrastructure while a connection is active so that traffic can be routed and returned to your device. This information is processed transiently for that purpose and is not retained as a VPN activity log.
Analytics, advertising, and sharing
VPNclient does not contain advertising trackers and does not use analytics to monitor your VPN activity. We do not sell, rent, or share VPN activity with advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed only if required by applicable law. Because VPN activity logs are not kept, we cannot provide information that does not exist.
Website
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. The hosting and content-delivery providers may transiently process technical information, such as an IP address, as necessary to deliver the page and protect their networks. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
VPN activity and access logs are not created or retained. Authentication credentials remain available only for as long as the issuing VPN service provider keeps them active. They may be disabled or removed by that provider when the service ends.
VPNclient does not offer personal account creation or maintain a personal billing profile in the app. If you want a VPN credential disabled, contact the provider that issued it. For privacy questions or requests concerning VPNclient, contact us using the address below.
Security
VPNclient encrypts traffic between your device and the VPN tunnel endpoint. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the authentication process and VPN infrastructure.
Children
VPNclient is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
